TERMS OF SERVICE
LAST UPDATE: [5/31/26]This contract applies to the artist further called Seller and person or institution further called Customer purchasing from Seller a work of art further called Product. By ordering Product from the Seller the Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:PAYMENT/PAYMENT PLANS/SHIPPING:
Payment must be made first Via PayPal, Venmo, Kofi, Zelle, Cashapp! Paypal, Venmo, Zelle and Kofi carry a +$3 Fee, Cashapp HAS NO FEE! I require payment UPFRONT before every commission is started.I do accept payment plans for anything over $150. 50% of the payment must be upfront! I offer a wide variety of PHYSICAL ITEMS. These can include Keychains, Badges, Stickers, Etc. These will require your legal name and address! I only offer shipping to the US at this time.-WHAT I REQUIRE-
Upon commissioning I require a SFW NON SHADED REFSHEET or at least an DIGITAL artwork of your character.
Traditional art and Fursuit Photos I will not work with and will result in a denial of commission.
I will not work with Pet photos either, it’s irritating-PRIVACY NOTICE-
Please be aware I DO keep certain information in my Trello The information includes: Your Username (And what platform you were on)

Type Of Commission-REFUNDS-
I do not do refunds PERIOD, so do not ask. Please be in a financially stable position to commission me, I am not a bank.-TURNAROUND TIME-
My commissions usually take no longer than 3-4 Weeks but can range longer depending on other factors such as busy schedule, health, and other things. With that being said I am just putting it out there that my commissions can take up to 6 months just in case.-HARRASSMENT-
If you at any point in time make a sexual comment to me or sexualize me because I'm a woman it will result in a block or if the commission is already paid I am not obligated to refund you. If the com is started you will not receive a refund, doesn't matter what stage it's in. I won't take this lightly. If I deem it so at any point and time I will take you out of my queue. Don’t be an asshole-EDITS/FIXES POLICY-
(I SEND WIPS AND UPDATES THROUGH EVERY STAGE)
If I message you with WIPS and you do NOT respond within a 24 hour period after looking at it I will move your commission to "ON HOLD" until a response is given to move forward. I am not responsible for delays on commissions/ychs if this occurs.
Sketch Stage: Changes are FREE
Lining Stage: +$30 Per Line Change after approval has been given
Coloring Stage: COLORS ARE FREE⚠️
I WILL NOT GO BACK AND CHANGE SOMETHING AFTER THE COMMISSION HAS BEEN SENT OVER, YOU APPROVED IT PLEASE MAKE SURE EVERYTHING LOOKS RIGHT BEFORE YOU GO "OK SEND IT OVER". YOU ARE ALSO NOT ABLE TO "EDIT THE COMMISSION" AFTER COMPLETION BECAUSE THAT IS MY WORK AND IT WILL RESULT IN A BLACKLIST AND BLOCK.⚠️-IMAGE RIGHTS-
I retain all rights to my art meaning I can repost, use it for examples/portfolio, and any other things I deem necessary
Clients may repost with proper tags and credit
My art may NOT be drawn over, traced, colored differently, etc.
Clients may NOT use my work for Commercial/Merch unless the rights are purchased. Added license to artwork is 35% of all commercial sales.
Characters purchased from me whether it be a custom or an adopt made by me may be edited, changed, etc. (it is your character lol idc)-COMMISSION QUEUE-
My commission queue is listed publicly, please check your status on your commission there
before messaging me! It has a ton of labels that tell you exactly what your commission is and what stage it is in! Just because you are “first” in my queue does not mean that your commission will be first, I bounce around with motivation.
